When We Are Closed
If you have an urgent problem that requires a doctor when the surgery is closed, please always telephone 01204 463636. Your call will then be transferred to another service, so please allow time for this process to take place. Have a pen and paper to hand and follow the instructions given each time.
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained advisor, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
